Most ordinary shoes are designed with inflare (your toes are turned inward). Most feet are designed straight. This creates an immediate biomechanical conflict between the foot and the shoe. The majority of shoes also, do not give our toes enough room to function naturally. Watch your toes when you walk barefoot, you will see how they like to spread out to work for you. If you restrict your toes in shoes, you and your body are the losers.

Due to the shoe and the foot being mismatched, the foot cannot function naturally inside a shoe.
When you are wearing enhanced moccasins, they allow your feet to function naturally, and quality moccasins form to your unique foot. Enhanced, custom moccasins, are the closest you will come to allowing your foot to function totally naturally in our hard, man-made surfaced world.
